At ShootingOptics.com we respect your privacy and are committed to its protection. We consider all information regarding our customers and their orders to be personal and confidential. We will not disclose or sell customer's information to any outside organization for solicitation purposes. We may use information received from our customers to help provide them with better customer service and/or to track orders. Occasionally, we may notify you via e-mail of new products, promotions or information that may be of interest to you.
Shipping
We make every effort to fulfull orders and ensure there arrival to our customers as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. However, since we offer such a wide variety of products from several different manufacturers, it is impossible to stock all products all the time and we may need additional time to fulfull your order. If there is an unusal delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays and over weekends.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel an order any time prior to shipping. There is no charge for canceling an order. Once an order is shipped, please refer to our return policy.
Damaged / Broken Items
If an item is received damaged or broken you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of the item for a return authorization number. We will replace the item or offer a refund once the item is returned to us.
Returns
If you wish to return an item you must contact us by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of the item for a return authorization number. You must return the item within 15 days of receipt of the item to receive a refund. The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Used items cannot be returned or exchanged. A re-stocking fee of 25%, will be charged, at our discretion, for all non-defective items being returned. We will advise you of any re-stocking fees at the time the return is requested.
